She competed on three levels &#8211; school, state, and twice at the national level &#8211; with Sonnet 14 and Lady Macbeth\u2019s speech from Act 5 Scene 1.   She completed a three week program at BADA in London over the summer.  Her BADA experience will be a pivotal point in her growth as a theatre artist and exemplifies St. Andrew\u2019s Schools\u2019 mission \u201c<em>To bring out the best in each student and empower them to K\u016blia i ka Nu&#8217;u &#8211; Strive for the Highest.<\/em>&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lyn Ackerman was her teacher and coach and teaches theater at St. Andrews in Honolulu. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click here to listen to their interview.
