JENNY<\/span> BENNETT<\/span> <\/b>is a fourth-generation director, actor, and educator. Her recent directing includes Richard III<\/i> (running now til Dec 1 2018), The Fall of King Henry (3 Henry VI), Much Ado about Nothing,<\/i> King Lear, <\/i>and The Winter’s Tale <\/i>in <\/i>the <\/i>Blackfriars Playhouse at the American Shakespeare Center<\/a>;The Three Musketeers<\/i> (9 AUDELCO nominations, four awards), Henry V<\/i> (3 AUDELCO awards) at the Classical Theatre of Harlem<\/a>, where she is an Artistic Associate; and Much Ado About Nothing<\/i> at Titan Theatre Company. In Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Jenny<\/span> founded a theatre company and collaborated with international artists for seven years. Taiwan directing includes Macbeth<\/i>, Dangerous Liaisons\/ Weixian Guanxi<\/i>, Romeo & Juliet<\/i>, Into the Woods<\/i>, and As You Like It!<\/i> (a musical she co-wrote). <\/i>Jenny<\/span> is on the faculty of AMDA New York. MFA, U of Delaware; BA, UVA. A former SDC\/ Kurt Weill Foundation Fellow, Jenny<\/span> is a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab, and the Stage Directors & Choreographers Society (SDC), a national theatrical labor union.
