Patrena Murray was most recently seen as Paulina in The Public Theater’s Mobile Unit<\/a> Production of The Winter’s Tale.  She has also appeared as Snout\/The Wall<\/i> in \u201cA Midsummer Night\u2019s Dream\u201d at the Delacorte Theater. Other credits include: Ham<\/i> in \u201cThe Death of the Last Black Man in the Whole Entire World\u201d a.k.a \u201cThe Negro Book of the Dead.\u201d The Uncle <\/i>in Suzan-Lori Parks\u2019 \u201cVenus\u201d (Signature Theatre Company<\/a>) and Odd-see dog<\/i> in Ms. Parks\u2019 \u201cFather Comes Home from the Wars parts 1,2 & 3 (A.R.T<\/a> & Mark Taper Forum<\/a>.) Patrena has also appeared on the television shows \u201cThe Sopranos\u201d and \u201cLaw & Order.\u201d She has a B.F.A. from SUNY Purchase. Ms. Murray was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica and immigrated with her family to the United States in 1983. She and her family have been in Brooklyn, New York, ever since.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
