James Newcomb<\/strong> appeared at the Goodman Theater<\/a> in Measure for Measure during the 2012\/2013 Season. His Chicago credits include Apemantus in Timon of Athens, Dr. Willis in The Madness of George III and Ross in Macbeth at Chicago Shakespeare Theater<\/a>. He appeared for 14 seasons with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival<\/a>, seven seasons with Denver Center Theatre Company<\/a>, four seasons with Shakespeare Santa Cruz<\/a> and three seasons with the Utah Shakespeare Festival<\/a>. Other regional credits include productions at South Coast Repertory<\/a>, Berkley Repertory Theatre<\/a>, Geva Theatre Center<\/a>, Portland Center Stage<\/a>, The Old Globe<\/a> and Brooklyn Academy of Music<\/a>.  Mr. Newcomb is a founding member of Shakespeare & Company<\/a> and an adjunct professor in the University of California San Diego Department of Theatre and Dance<\/a>.  His awards include a Drama Logue Award, Denver Theatre Critics Award and an Oxford Society Award for Artistic Excellence for Richard III.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
