Gareth Saxe recently concluded a lengthy run as Scar in Julie Taymor’s mega-hit Broadway production of The Lion King<\/em>.  Other Broadway credits include: The Homecoming<\/em> and Heartbreak House<\/em>.  He performed in the Off-Broadway productio0ns of Richard III and The Winter’s Tale<\/em> (both at the Public Theatre<\/a>); The Wax<\/em> (Playwrights Horizons<\/a>); Outward Bound<\/em> (Keen Company<\/a>); Echoes of the War<\/em> with Frances Sternhagen and The Daughter-in-Law<\/em> (Mint Theater<\/a>.)  Regional theatre credits include: iWitness<\/em> (American premiere at Mark Taper Forum<\/a>); Sexual Perversity in Chicago <\/em>(American Conservatory Theatre<\/a>); Pericles<\/em> (Old Globe<\/a>); The Rivals<\/em> (Huntington<\/a>); The Importance of Being Earnest<\/em> and Dangerous Liaisons<\/em> (Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey<\/a>).
