Jolly Abraham is a company member of The Pearl Theatre Company in NYC since 2008. Favorites at Pearl include: Hamlet, No Exit, and The Bald Soprano. Broadway: Coram Boy and Bombay Dreams. Off-Broadway: Massacre, a new play by Jose Rivera at Rattlestick, Twelfth Night as Viola (Sonnet Rep), McReele (Roundabout). Regional: this past fall critically acclaimed new play The Wolfe Twins by Rachel Bonds at The Studio Theatre in DC, Scorched (Wilma Theater, Barrymore Nomination), Loves Labours Lost (The Shakespeare Theatre DC and RSC), and Pentecost (Old Globe).
Three seasons at Lincoln Center Directors Lab. TV/Web: “Wallflowers” (webseries), “Unforgettable,” “Smash” “Lights Out,” “Gossip Girl,” “Sex and the City,” “Ed,” multiple “Law and Order: SVU/CI,” ”Bedford Diaries,” “White Collar,” “Smash,” and “Nurse Jackie.” Film: upcoming “A Walk Among the Tombstones” with Liam Neeson, “The Adderall Diaries,” “Stay,” “Loving Leah,” and “After You Left.” Jolly has a BFA from The North Carolina School of the Arts.
