WILLOW GEER has been a member of the Theatricum company since she was in diapers, as is fated to those born into the family clan – being thrown into a show was more cost efficient than a babysitter!  She holds a BA in theater from UCLA, School of Theater, Film and Television.   She studied in London with the Judy Dench patroned London Academy of Theatre and at the Globe Theatre where she specialized in Elizabethan dance under Angela Hardcastle.  She played Ophelia with the Independent Shakespeare Company at the Odyssey Theatre, and works frequently as a voice over artist for television shows and films, as well as appearing on the big screen and in numerous TV shows.  She toured the world as a singer with “The Bird and the Bee”, and continues to perform regularly as one of Theatricum’s leading ladies.  Willow has been an assistant Director, Stage Manager and Co-Director at the Theatricum, and has taught in our Young People’s Camp since its inception 10 years ago.  She is a mentor in our Intern Program, co-cordinates our “Bootanicum” and “Rummage Sale” fundraisers, directs and teaches Elizabethan Life and Dance in both our Teen and Adult Intensive Shakespeare programs, directs in our Drama Camp, as well as being the Sounding Board member who keeps minutes for the board meetings.
